Getting Rid of MDF CNC Router Components

I am almost finished swapping out all of my MDF components with HDPE. It took me awhile to get everything lined up and get my suppliers in order but this is to provide my customers with a better machine for almost the same money. In fact I will let everybody in on a little secret, the only components that are still MDF are the side supports everything else in HDPE, this means that for the price of an MDF machine you are receiving a CNC Router almost made entirely of HPDE. It's agreat deal but the price will not be $325 for long. Check out a few pictures of a recent customer's lienar slides with upgraded 1/2-10 acme.
